As a Lawyer, a member of the Law Society of Alberta, and a member of the BC Mediation Society, David Paul Stark is an independent Mediator/Lawyer with a wealth and depth of experience, that comes from mediating almost 800 cases over the last 10 years.

In 2005, David left his corporate position and set up Stark Mediation. He has since been sought out by Plaintiffs, Defendants, Insurance Companies, Governmental Bodies, and other entities for his independent, outside the box Alternate Dispute Resolution to conflict management and training.

David has a proven track record of successfully mediating matters from two party mediations to complex multi-party matters.

Stark mediation is also able to come in house and offer training on a wide range of matters from Group Facilitation, Conflict Management Coaching, Mediation and Arbitration training, Customer Relations and Communications Training as well as training on a wide range of Insurance related matters.

**Cancellation Policy**

If the ADR process is cancelled 7 days of the ADR Date, a cancellation fee of 750.00 is payable.
